Its a hard knock live, but not in Holland Park!

It was reported in the guardian this week that Campden Hill Square in Holland Park has become the most expensive address in Britain with average prices of £4.8 m. With the dramatic influx of the uber wealthy from mainland Europe amid the financial crisis and from Arab states concerned with recent political events; prime central London property is still regarded as an investment safe haven.
Holland Park for a long time has held a certain caché with residents of both the business and media sectors mingling between eclectic boutiques, fine restaurants, the serene park and a host of excellent schools in the area. Who knows what 2012 will bring us but even with all the turmoil surrounding us at the moment, it looks as though London property may still prove to far out perform global markets.

May you all have a wonderful new year and look forward to sharing more with you in the coming months!
